The Ocean House

Located just outside Puerto Ayora near the serene Tortuga Bay, The Lake House is a community building designed to bring people together and foster cultural exchange within a new residential development in the hills overlooking the Galápagos coastline.

Where old meets new
2025-2029
A design that is integrated with the surrounding rural landscape, this project aims to at once honour and revitalise the towns sense of community and wonder. The existing shed has been repurposed to accomodate a contemporary take on the cinema experience - a once loved past-time of the town.
Incheon
A new model for vacation homes
2024-2029
The Ion Riva masterplan is shaped by the site’s natural ecology, where forest, river and sea meet. Homes and public spaces follow the contours of the land, maximising views to the coastline and valley while keeping intervention to a minimum. The material palette prioritises locally sourced stone and timber, with modular construction enabling efficient delivery and lower embodied carbon across the homes.
